SUP Yoga tours 2019

If I'd been quiet, it must have been because I was growing my MERMAID TAIL and my TRICEPS doing SUP YOGA at Aloha Paddle Club, here in Playa del Carmen.

Owner of Aloha Paddle Club, Sander Claassens, is from The Netherlands, and fell in love with life at the Caribbean coast of Mexico, just like me. He opened his Stand Up Paddling club 3 years ago. Sander and me teamed up! We're offering now SUP YOGA (Stand Up Paddle Yoga) tours, to the most beautiful cenotes (sinkholes) and lagoons in the area. You can book this tours with a small private group and we guarantee you a one-of-a-kind morning or day.

SUP YOGA in one word: magical

Our SUP YOGA tours in a few more words: the enchanting and calming beauty of the cenotes or lagoons, the rising sun, refreshing water and breeze, a fun and challenging yoga work-out, strength, a new way of experiencing balance, an holistic approach of water sports, the connection with nature, all come together in our SUP YOGA Cenote tour by Aloha Paddle Club.

SUP YOGA is great for yogis and/or non-yogis of any experience level. It offers a nice and fun challenge and a great way to work on strength, focus and balance while enjoying the natural wonders of nature in our area of Mexico. I can't wait to see YOU on the board, since this is, just like yoga on the mat, something I just want to share with as many people as possible. It's such an incredible experience and such a nice way to work your body.

Note that each tour leaves very early in the morning, even before the daylight hours! Why? We want to have the cenote or lagoon all to ourselves. We get there before anyone else comes in. No tourists, no divers, no voices, no nada. The quietness around the sunrise hour is something you have to experience for yourself. It's fantastic to start the morning when the birds wake up with the rising sun. (Also: shall we go for breakfast with tacos afterwards?)
